Early-stage foundation for an AI operations dashboard.
This repository currently represents the starting point for a product direction I care about: internal dashboards that give teams visibility into AI-assisted workflows, execution health, metrics, and operational decision-making.
The goal is to evolve this into a dashboard where a team can monitor:
- AI workflow activity
- key business metrics and KPIs
- task or run status across automations
- alerts, failures, and bottlenecks
- usage visibility across projects, tenants, or internal tools
This repo is still at scaffold stage.
The codebase currently contains the Next.js foundation and starter application structure. It should be read as a product direction and technical base, not as a finished case study yet.
- Next.js 16
- TypeScript
- React 19
- Tailwind CSS 4
- ESLint
A lot of companies are adopting AI tooling faster than they are building visibility around it.
A strong internal dashboard for AI operations is valuable because it turns opaque workflows into something teams can monitor, improve, and trust.
- build a real dashboard shell instead of the starter page
- add KPI overview cards and activity views
- add workflow and run monitoring
- add project or tenant segmentation
- add alerting and execution status surfaces
- connect the UI to real data sources and automation events
