Overview
Updates backend/packages.json to replace the VirtoCommerce.Catalog AzureBlob artifact from 3.1014.0-pr-875-18ba to the released 3.1015.0 package.

Also includes minor JSON formatting/whitespace adjustments (array spacing and EOF newline).
