Added some improvements

• fixed wifi connection issue (added restart feature)
• auto suspend feature on battery operation
• added battery handler for USB charging detection
• added time filter for serial monitor
• clang format
• tested feels like temperature
• added credentials via env variables (export/sysenv)
• added simple file for build it with PlatformIO

in GUI level this PR don't change nothing. The main improvements are in the deployment (credentials, platformio support, etc for example) and the power consumption because it detect the battery and implements deep-sleep.
