Added androidx.media3.decoder and androidx.media3.extractor dependencies to support additional media formats. Updated LocalPlayerViewModel to prefer extension renderers for improved media playback capabilities. Fixes no audio issue with .mkv movies. Signed-off-by: Guidix <guidixm@gmail.com>

Introduces a switch in Settings to show or hide seek buttons in the video player toolbar. The MediaViewerAdapter now reads this preference to control visibility of fast forward and rewind buttons. Updated layouts and strings to support the new setting. Signed-off-by: Guidix <guidixm@gmail.com>
