pypad_ino713_delay_tcp.py for sending RDS data to Inovonics 713 in TCP mode and Nautel VS series. The Nautel VS series supports more RDS options which I will add to a separate script.

pypad_nautel.py for sending RDS data to Nautel VS series in TCP mode. This code is tested only to not throw errors. It has not been tested connected to a transmitter. Do not use in production without thorough testing.
