# WRAVEN Meeting Notes
4/20/2026

Going to Costco after meeting,
need to resubmit budget

## Edit of Constitution
- Deleted section C: Voting
- Section B: Membership Qualifications
- Added payment to qualify to be a member of WRAVEN
- Added must sign code of conduct and other applicable agreements
- Remove Section C: Selection of Members
- Section C: Selection of Officers
- Elections to be held in April instead of September
- Nominations must be submitted one day in advance rather than one month
- Positions will be active immediately after conclusion of election
- All nominations must be seconded
- Section D: Filling Vancancies
- Change wording from just duties to include position as well
- Added information about special election nominations to be held at next standard meeting time then following meeting will be the actual election
- Replace current Article V Team Leads
- Replace with appoint positions
- Vice Treasurer
- Technical Counsil
- Section B: Financial Transparency
- Changed as info becomes available for reports and budgets
- Add "in the event a member vote is not possible funds will be donated to HCB(Hack Club, our 501(c)3 overseer)"
- Section A: Frequency of meetings
- Changed meeting times to correct time
- Changed location of online meetings
- Section B: Special Meetings
- Special meetings can be called by an eboard member or petition of 40% instead of 10% of members
- Members will be notified by discord or email instead of only email
- Section
- Replace current advisory board section to be easier to handle and be more lenient to fucus more on bringing them in for bigger events rather than regular meetings
- Amendments
- Changed to majority instead of 3/4 for required votes
- Amendments can replace content unless unrelated to current content
- Section C: Disciplinary Process
- Reports are submitted to compliance officer instead of full executive board
- Investigations are conducted by compliance officer with council by executive board instead of just "by a disciplinary committee"
- Added clause about if there are concerns or compliants about compliance officer speak to other executive board members
- Removed Team Lead Section
- Rules
- Change rule that "members may hold only one active executive board position per year" and changed active to concurrent
- Removed rule that members can only hold one position per year
