Before you begin, ensure your system meets these requirements:

  • macOS version: 10.14 (Mojave) or newer
  • At least 4 GB of RAM
  • 200 MB of free disk space
  • A compatible Drobo DAS device connected via USB

  3. Find the file for macOS. It is usually named something like DroboBridge-macos.zip.
  4. Download the file by clicking it. It will save to your Downloads folder.
  5. Locate the downloaded zip file and double-click it to extract the contents.
  6. Open the extracted folder and find the DroboBridge application.
  7. Drag the DroboBridge app to your Applications folder for easier access.
  8. Launch DroboBridge from your Applications folder. You may need to allow it to run in your system preferences if macOS warns you about it being from an unidentified developer.
