Final review (untested). One particular thing that you may find questionable Sahil, is merging appconfig and run into app.js. I think it's ok considering it's at the bottom but if you don't like it I can just change it back. The rest of the stuff is to ensure homogeny and best practices. Oh yeah, and before build make sure you annotate it or else the minification will rek it.
