logic: allowUpdates: true and immutableCreate: true have conflicting purposes. allowUpdates allows updating existing releases, while immutableCreate prevents the action from deleting/updating existing releases to avoid failures. With both enabled, immutableCreate takes precedence and existing releases won't be updated despite allowUpdates: true.

We've enabled this setting in the repo so we should also update the release action settings as well.
