Wineget 1.2.0 - Add open in prefix

• Fix bug in search of packages
• Add new options(Write wineget -h to show all options, the - in doubled but is a sargeparse crate error)
  -i install app, -r use custom repo, -s search a package, -l list all apps in repository, -c clear cache directory

You can install app via -i Appname and add repo via -r RepoURL
