🇬🇧 Prerequisites for local install test

1. Install Node.js (including additional components).
2. Open the terminal in the main CMT project folder.
3. Type: npm install
4. On Windows, the execution of processes like npm may be restricted.
   If you get an error message, paste and confirm this command: Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
   Then run again: npm install
5. To start the application, type: npm run dev
6. The app will start at: http://localhost:3000/
   Copy the address and paste it into any browser to open the interface.

1. Installa Node.js (includendo i componenti aggiuntivi).
2. Apri il terminale nella cartella principale del progetto CMT.
3. Digita: npm install
4. Su Windows, potrebbe essere bloccata l’esecuzione di processi come npm.
   Se ricevi un messaggio di errore, incolla e conferma questo comando: Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
   Poi riesegui: npm install
5. Per avviare l’applicazione, digita: npm run dev
6. L’app sarà disponibile all’indirizzo: http://localhost:3000/
   Copia l’indirizzo e incollalo in qualsiasi browser per aprire l’interfaccia.
