Writes medication entries to health/{child_uid}/data subcollection and
updates prefs.lastMedication when the logged entry is the most recent.
Supports optional amount, units (ml/oz/tsp/drops), and notes fields.
Covers basic dose logging, optional amount/units, explicit past timestamps, and notes fields.
