If you are experiencing problems redeeming your transaction made on Portal Token Bridge you can try to manually claim your transfer by following these steps:

1. Go to: Portal Token Bridge
2. Connect your wallet
3. Click on “Show history”
4. Then click “Resume transaction”
5. Follow the instructions shown on screen.

If you're still unable to complete the claim this way, please contact the Portal Bridge team via Discord:
