This PR adds 6 new locale files from Crowdin for country-specific language variants (zh-TW, zh-CN, ru-RU, ko-KR, ja-JP, fr-FR). However, all files contain untranslated English text instead of their respective language translations.

This Korean locale file contains untranslated English text instead of Korean translations. All translation values should be in Korean. For reference, there is already a working ko.json file in the codebase that contains proper Korean translations - consider using those translations or ensuring Crowdin exports the correct translated content.

For reference, there is already a working zh-Hans.json file in the codebase that contains proper Simplified Chinese translations - consider using those translations or ensuring Crowdin exports the correct translated content.
