I have since archived qsv-sniffer and it's no longer maintained. cvs-nose is much more reliable. |

qsv-sniffer is a fork of the unmaintained csv-sniffer crate.

It has a lot of issues and I will deprecate it soon and direct people to use the new csv-nose crate
which performs much better and qsv has already adopted. It is a drop-in replace for qsv-sniffer.
