Update direct dependencies in Cargo.toml (csv-nose 0.8 -> 1, arrow 56 -> 57, rand 0.8 -> 0.10, criterion (dev) 0.5 -> 0.8, rand (dev) -> 0.10) and regenerate Cargo.lock. Cargo.lock reflects the resulting transitive upgrades, checksum changes, and several added/removed packages to match the new dependency graph.
