Quickfix for continuing on errors

This is a quickfix release that permits the script/container to continue performing its operations even if the removal of a Docker resource failed. As this is meant for unattended operations, this is the expected behaviour.

First initial release

This is the first official release. Its highlights are

• migration to using yu.sh.
• ability to actively stop and remove ancient (lingering?) containers
