Bug fix, passes through the log level set in the main process to the
multiprocessingworker processes.That is,
detect-secrets -v -v scan .didn't produce any output, but it should actually print quite a lot.Almost no logs from workers are being shown since the log level being set in the main process doesn't get propagated to worker processes.
