Upgrade all workflows to
pnpm/action-setup@v5, replacing v4 in api-status-sync, ci, publish, weekly-api-sync, and weekly-unit-tests. This keeps CI up to date and runs the action on Node.js 24; no other changes.Written for commit c6ba519. Summary will update on new commits.
