Implement server-initiated Live Activity update token acquisition and API submission.
The
live_activitiesplugin'sactivityUpdateStreamlackseventIdandstartTriggerrequired by the API. This PR adds a native iOS bridge to retrieve these attributes fromActivityKitand enables their submission to the backend. The Live Activity manager is now always active to monitor for server-initiated activities.
