This is for the review about Ancestral Recombination Graph by Nielsen lab. We used Snakemake to maintain the workflow of the analysis. To reproduce Figure about the ABO and MCMC6 in the paper, simply do:
snakemake --cores 10

Figure 6 can be reproduced by instructions under the Figure 6 Folder.
