This PR will:

  • Implement dark mode for the website
  • Slight retheme of the website to use Bootstrap variables instead of hardcoded colors everywhere
  • Close Implement UI Dark Mode #201 (oldest ticket 🎉)

Do NOT merge, but review appreciated
