This PR allow to use an IP address in the configuration of the P1 sensor.
This sensor can be a HA sensor or the IP address of a Zendure 3CT, Shelly 3EM, Shelly 3EM Pro or Shelly 3EM-63.
The communication with these smart meters are direct HTTP GET commands and will be polled with a refresh rate of 1 second.
