I tested today my Off Grid Power Strip for the Hyper.
It does not provide the capability to switch the AC or DC on or off, nor it shows offGridPower (even though the instruction manual stated otherwise). The only thing which changes is the plugState entity. With that in principle we are be able to calculate a value similar to offGridPower (using homeOutputPower only if plugState == 1), but I don't think it's worth, We can't control anything and the device is disconnected from the grid.
