Prototype of Paint in .Net Core

This version has a panel to draw of 10 x 10 or max 30 x 30 (maybe more but it doesn't optimized yet.

You can move with keys Up, Down, Right and Left and with key M, you can mark the space of black color.

Maybe i'll continue with this develop but is only a practice for now
