Music Industry Revolution: Four Projects

This repository collects design and engineering materials for four products that explore new pathways for artists, performers, and audiences in music.

These four components address different pressure points in music: artist-fan connection, live performance variation, artist-material matching, and collaborative venue infrastructure.

Studio Pass

Vision: Transform unreleased material from private burden to shared creative journey. Artists generate revenue while building deeper fan connections through early access and collaborative feedback.

Vision: Unlock spontaneous creativity in live performance. A real-time instrument that lets performers move through large fields of beat-synchronous variation, by hand or through guided motion patterns, while maintaining coherence and mixability.

The Scouting Label

Vision: Create authentic artist-song alignment by discovering music first, then finding performers who naturally embody its essence. Post-production artist discovery eliminates the traditional dual-risk of betting simultaneously on song quality and artist fit.

Network/System: Artist development system using post-production discovery and validated material, matching the right performer for each song.

Fusion Factory

Vision: Build 24/7 creative venues where musicians collaborate, perform, and create together in real-time. Transform audiences from passive observers to active participants in the creative process while generating sustainable cultural hubs.

Organization/Collective: Self-sustaining creative space for real-time collaboration and performance.

Why These Four Projects

Studio Pass creates new revenue streams while making production a shared, witnessed experience instead of a private process.

Dimensional Knob expands creative freedom in performance while preserving the adventure and risk that makes live music compelling.

The Scouting Label creates authentic artist-song alignment by discovering music first, then finding performers who naturally embody its essence.

Fusion Factory builds infrastructure for real-time collaboration while creating sustainable cultural hubs that produce work and attract talent.
