Don't understand why travis python3.5 was not found on s3 in the python 3.5 build. Ran without issues in my travis minutes before and I was able to download the package using the link in the travis logs. |

Switched travis CI to Ubuntu Trusty and more recent version of R
This should allow pull request #69 to pass CI
