Alzheimer's Disease Pathology Mapping
Synchrotron X-ray microdiffraction for spatial mapping of fibrillar polymorphs in human brain tissue. Collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital and Brookhaven National Laboratory.

COPD Multi-Omic Risk Stratification
Integrating imaging, transcriptomics, and proteomics data from the COPDGene cohort. NIH-funded collaboration with Brigham and Women's Hospital.
