If we consider Russia as a country, it refers to Europe, but if we consider the territory of Russia in a geographical sense, then yes, it consists of Eastern European and North Asian territories. Therefore, the attribution of OMS and OVB to Europe or Asia depends on the context. It seemed to me, that so it will be more correct, but I can be mistaken. |
