🧩 Project Overview

This project presents a unified customer analytics platform built using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). It integrates fragmented customer data across CRM, e-commerce, marketing, and support systems into a single, analytics-ready model.

Designed as part of an academic course project, the pipeline enables organizations to break down data silos and gain actionable insights from customer interactions across platforms.
