Update error handling by logging specific exceptions during parsing of user_id_cache and email_cache entries. Remove unnecessary pass statements

Mostly update to v2 and switch to context. Also split DMSS into 7 artifacts.
Discord chats, accounts and manifest are tested. For DMSS and draftmessage I couldn't find data.
