This PR is an implementation of task. It will add a new API with two endpoints.
POST
/rssgiven a url to an rss feed it will return the items from the rss feed. in the this format. It only takes the first two items since it takes to long to fetch all of them. The result will be given in this format:GET
/id3given an url to an mp3 will return the id3 tags of the mp3 file in a json format.
