  • Removes ALERTCalifornia tileset URLs as they no longer support that :(
    • Also removes JSON manifest of webcams, and ingestion script, since no longer needed
  • Updates Python dependency versions
  • Updates wildweb-e mock data file
  • Removes Twilio from tests
  • Adds Python venv (virtualenv) practices to README
