the other features of betterspec I'll leave for another day, for now this is enough
it's not perfect (client doesn't do lerping of the intermediary on sv_fps 20+ servers because its unnecessary but server still sends them unfortunately, as well as 3rd person chasecam is a bit weird with it), but it works
