This pull request introduces two new methods to the
Adafruit_USBD_Deviceclass insrc/arduino/Adafruit_USBD_Device.hto enhance configuration management for USB devices. These changes allow setting configuration attributes and specifying maximum power consumption.Enhancements to USB configuration management:
setConfigurationAttributemethod: This method allows setting the configuration attribute by modifying thebmAttributesfield in the configuration descriptor.setConfigurationMaxPowermethod: This method enables setting the maximum power consumption (in mA) for the USB device, with a validation check to ensure the value does not exceed the USB specification's limit of 510mA.
