Implement kernel fusion/distribution

Build TACO

mkdir build
cd build
make -j 8

# run the below command to generate loop fused code
./bin/taco-test "workspaces.loopfuse"

The fused code is saved to build/eval_generated/loopfuse.c

I am working on adding more test cases
