feat: add card gift and grid options

We needed to create a new block for the cards. See images attached.

The cards (gifts) will be used for our holiday sales throughout the year. We needed to be able to do the following:


1. Main (large) image
2. 4 smaller images
3. Each “card” will have an optional eyebrow, title, p description, and a button.
4. The entire card should be a link
5. Each card should have an optional badge that displays on-top of the image

The cards(grid) will be mainly used for recipes, but may have alternate uses. This section will have the following:

1. Main (large) image
2. 4 smaller images
3. The entire card should be a link
4. Each card will have a title, minutes and servings.
5. Each card should have a badge that displays on-top of the image with a color stroke on the side based on level
