J'ajoute les badges jusqu'à 29 ans d'ancienneté (pour être au même niveau que ceux de l'AFUP Day et du ForumPHP).
J'en profite pour optimiser les badges que j'ai ajouté précédemment pour qu'ils soient plus légers.
