Per #23, the 'llms-txt-directive' check was doing double-duty and lacked clarity. This spec bump splits the check into two distinct checks:
llms-txt-directive-htmlllms-txt-directive-mdAcknowledging that each check serves a different purpose, and that both are needed. Provides guidance for implementation to follow in checking these as distinct checks versus conflating them.
This is a breaking spec change, so this bumps the spec to v0.5.0.
