docs: add released Claude CLI E2E test set

• add a new verification leaf for a released Claude CLI E2E test set based on direct runtime observation
• record parity-critical public behaviors across help/auth, headless print, stream-json, interactive trust, permissioned coding, persistence, and resume
• spell out the current clean-room rebuild's capability gaps versus those released CLI oracles

Validation

• node dist/cli.js verify --tree-path ../claude-code/claude-code-context (run from first-tree/)

Notes

• runtime observations were taken from the local shipped claude CLI on April 9, 2026
• the document keeps only normalized public-runtime assertions, not raw transcript dumps
