The tree now has an explicit capability matrix that separates P0, P1, and P2 capability families and ties each family to a minimum evidence bar. This turns broad verification prose into a reusable go/no-go frame for rewrite milestones. Constraint: The tree still cannot claim executable full-suite parity without capability-level acceptance gating Rejected: Fold the matrix into the existing acceptance-strategy leaf | would bury the go/no-go control surface inside broader prose Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Reversibility: clean Directive: Future milestone notes should reference the matrix rows they clear instead of using unqualified parity language Tested: npx -p first-tree first-tree verify Not-tested: No source-repo runtime changes
