Fix incorrect URL in Python SDK breaking changes message

This PR fixes the incorrect URL in the Python SDK breaking changes message. The URL was pointing to "python-js" instead of "sdk-py".

Changes

Testing

  • Verified the URL is now correct
  • Ran go fmt and go mod tidy
