This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow to automatically deploy the application to Firebase Hosting whenever changes are pushed to the main branch.

The workflow performs the following steps:

  1. Checks out the code.
  2. Sets up Node.js v22.
  3. Installs dependencies using npm ci.
  4. Runs linting (npm run lint), but does not block deployment on failure as requested.
  5. Runs tests (npm test --if-present) if a test script is defined. If tests fail, the deployment is blocked.
  6. Builds the project (npm run build).
  7. Deploys to Firebase using firebase-tools and the FIREBASE_TOKEN secret.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1895119281177020683 started by @ahoydave

- Triggers on push to main
- Lints code (continues on error)
- Runs tests if present
- Builds and deploys to Firebase Hosting using FIREBASE_TOKEN secret

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request.

When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down.

I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job!

For more direct control, you can switch me to Reactive Mode. When this mode is on, I will only act on comments where you specifically mention me with @jules. You can find this option in the Pull Request section of your global Jules UI settings. You can always switch back!
