Currently WIP, ideally would like to install for the user Atkinson Hyperlegible and EB Garamond if not installed. And when/if installed, use Atkinson Hyperlegible by default for plot text and make EB Garamond available.
Somewhat waiting on r-lib/systemfonts#103.
