Unity protocol smart contracts

StakerRegistry contract is core to the Aion-Unity protocol and its state is required by the
protocol to resolve PoS consensus. It tracks all stake and stakers in the system.
PoolRegistry contract implements Aion Delegation Standard (ADS). It's primarily responsible for distribution
of rewards to delegators and managing the life-cycle of the stake delegated to a pool.
