This PR enables support for nucleic acids in peppr, from atom matching to support in the metrics themselves.

The term 'polymer' is now used for chains that could be either a protein or a nucleic acid. Note the incompatible changes:

  • MonomerRMSD has now the backbone_only instead of ca_only parameter
  • All Metric.name that 'protein' in it before, are now renamed to 'polymer'
