Summary

  • switch build metadata to PEP 621 + hatchling and add uv dev groups
  • update contributor docs and release flow to use uv commands
  • regenerate dependencies with uv.lock and make GitHub datasource test tolerate API rate limits

Testing

  • uv run pytest
