Ensures that densification, clip_cell_densification and geodetic_densify parameters can be forwarded to DGGRID when applicable.

Notably, densification is a member of Dggs() class, but it was not passed down during its initialization.

If directly mapped keys are provided (strict=True mode), they will now be set in the metafile. Unknown keys will be ignored, but can be later be populated with any name using strict=False mode, after validation of the relevant utilities (specify_resolution, specify_orient_type_args, specify_topo_aperture, and per-operation subset/output configs).

Hi @fmigneault I had to add libgdal again for the poetry test in CI. Would you mind merging from main, then your test for the PR will likely go green again
