dynamic .md file loading + YAML front matter

I have found your example useful but i missed two features.

• the ability to just add a .md file without editing the index.html file
• the ability to add specific options för a pressentation in the .md file itself

so i have taken the liberty of adding them to my fork. To show appreciation for your work
