This part is added by #158, but I don't remember why this is necessary.
For Alpine 3.23, this causes conflicts of version between py3-pytest7 and py3-pytest(8).
pytest7 is required for current ROS 2 python packages, so there is no need to install py3-pytest(8) at default.(This is same for 3.20)
